Wens je je conditie te verbeteren? Zegt lopen je wel iets, maar je begint er liever niet alleen aan? Dan kan je in het voorjaar deelnemen aan de nieuwe reeks “Leren Lopen”. We bouwen gedurende 10 weken op van 0 naar 5 km door 3x per week te trainen. Dinsdag en donderdag loop je met ons mee, in het weekend train je één keer alleen of spreek je af met andere leden.
Nadien is er een afsluitende test van 5 km, waar we je vooruitgang vieren!
