Tijdens het voorjaar organiseren we een reeks trainingen “van 5 naar 10 km”. We wisselen duurlopen af met intervaltrainingen en bouwen zo op naar 10 km.
Wanneer?
Elke dinsdag en donderdag om 20:00.
Tijdens het weekend doe je 1 looptraining op eigen houtje.
Waar?
Samenkomst aan de sporthal Ivo Van Damme.
Kleedkamers en douches beschikbaar in de Sporthal Ivo Van Damme, Overstraat 21, Veltem-Beisem.
Alternatieve training
Heb je geen zin in de training van 5 naar 10 km? Geen probleem! Er zijn altijd lopers die langer of minder lang/sneller of minder snel willen lopen. Kom gewoon om 20u. naar de sporthal.
